Please note that all pre-orders require time for the ceramic-making process. Each piece must go through several stages, including drying, bisque firing, and glazing, which can take weeks to complete. Once your mug has finished its journey through the kiln, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. Each piece will have a clear glaze and maybe even secret element to it so enjoy the mystery behind each!
